Magnus Johnsson wishes you Happy Holidays!

Once again, an eventful tax year to sum up! This year, I am writing this in English as from the year-end we will launch Tax matters in English. I also want to take this opportunity to wish you a very good Holiday Season and a Happy New Year!

BEPS continue to be high up on the agenda for us and for many of our clients. Since the OECD presented their final reports in October, we have shared our analyses through Tax matters. We have also produced a report in which we describe the OECD Actions, how they are expected to impact Swedish tax legislation and, not the least, Swedish companies. In February and March, we will invite you to seminars in Stockholm, Malmö and Gothenburg. Don’t miss this interesting event!

In addition, I would like to mention the work of two government committees which has been underway during some time regarding the 3:12 regulations and the stock option regulations. These committees will produce their proposals during 2016. We will continue to monitor these important areas and will keep you updated via our tax blog.
